Entering this thesis is to design a multifunctional urban / residential building in the complex topographical situation foot street bakery. The aim was to understand the functioning of the organism, its development potential and current problems. Solved plot is located in the heart of Old Brno at the intersection of Pekařská and Anenské. The concept of development should be based on a triangular plot, and its position in relation to the nearby center. The concept of functional layout must respect the basic operational and functional requirements, especially sunlight residential space and solving noise pollution. The aim of this proposal is viable urban area and a functional recovery, which evaluates and develops the character entered. Urban and architectural concept development triangular tip should reflect and complement the character of the site appropriately and its existing buildings.

Principles of regulation of advertisin in historic city centres with regard to the visual identity of the city

This bachelor thesis deals with the principles of advertising regulation in historic city centers with respect to the visual identity of the city. The subject of the work was created in the spirit of the following idea: If we want to stop for a while in the city landscape andtake a moment to observe it, discover its interesting and valuable details, and not just pass through it so quickly, we encounter a lot of visual obstacles that make this impossible. Our senses become too exhausted and we soon feel tired as a result of all the messages we are trying to evaluate. That is why we often resort to fleeing to the safety of our homes instead of enjoying the atmosphere of the historic part of the city, for example. The primary goal of the work was to discover and clarify how the promotion of establishments is approached in general and what role municipalities themselves can playin this. First, however, it was necessary to define outdoor advertising and characterize itsbasic properties, even in the context of its historical development, because without it, the work could not be complete. This Dissertation {\clq},The restructuring process of services in historic town center of Tabor from 2008`` shows us the state of services for several generations. It shows us the town of Tabor from the beginning of 20th century to the beginning of 21st century. During this period the town changed its appearances and adapted its services to recent times. Services were adapted to people and life style. The main issue of this Dissertation is to show the portfolio, quantity of services and shops in every period to recent time, thereby making clear reasons and causes of changes in structure of services.
